Scheduling an appointment with us will allow you to see and feel the furniture you’ll choose in person, have your questions and concerns addressed by office furniture experts, and bolster your confidence in your decisions.




What are the benefits of having an appointment?


By scheduling an appointment with us, it ensures that our staff is able to create a fully customized experience for you. Once we know a little bit about what kind of furniture you need and what your space looks like, it’ll be much easier for us to give you detailed, personalized recommendations that you know will work for your space and workflow.




Do I have to buy anything at my appointment?


No, you never have to buy anything until you’re ready! We understand that buying furniture for an office can be stressful and understand if you want to take your time and compare prices. That’s why we recommend creating a Shopping List and consulting with our team before you make any buying decisions.




I don’t have time to visit your warehouse. What are my options?


No problem! We can come to you (and measure your space while we’re at it) or, if you’d prefer to speak over the phone or a video call, we welcome that too! Video calls allow us to give you a quick preliminary “virtual tour” of our warehouse and inventory, and it’s the next best thing to speaking face-to-face. Just let us know what works best for you when you request an appointment.




Can you help me customize my space?


Yes, absolutely! We are proud to offer complimentary space planning services and suggestions on interior design. If you would like to utilize our space planning services, we have designed a step-by-step process that includes: Creating a CAD drawing of your office, custom-designing furniture if necessary, design layout, and office furniture installation.




I hired an interior designer. Can I have them collaborate with you?


Yes, we love working with interior designers!




Will you deliver my furniture?


Yes, of course! We offer next-day White Glove delivery on all of our products. We have a trustworthy delivery staff that will make sure the office furniture you ordered is delivered exactly when you need it – we’ll dispatch a team to deliver, clean, and install your chosen new or pre-owned office furniture. We are also fully insured and use enclosed box trucks with safety lift gates.




I have some old office furniture I need to clear out. Can you help me?


Yes! Let us liquidate your office. Whether you’re moving, downsizing, or upgrading current furniture, Shore Office Warehouse wants your used office furniture. We will appraise and make an offer within 48-hours. Not only can we buy your old furniture, but we’ll remove it for you, too! Our team of professional movers and installers will ensure your furniture is removed in a timely manner to clear out your space or make room for new furniture.




What other services do you offer?

When you visit our warehouse in-person, our team of experts will give you a tour of our huge inventory of new and used office furniture. We’ll show you everything on your Shopping List so you can try out seating options, test out desks and more.

Phone or Video Call

 

We love meeting our clients in person, but understand that your time is valuable and you might not be ready to make a visit yet. We can easily accommodate if you’d prefer to speak over the phone or on a video call to virtually view the furniture first. We’ll chat about what you’re looking for and answer questions.
